Nourish Your Feminine Nature Through

Movement, Creativity, & Ritual

Nov 24-Dec 1, 2018

Sayulita, Mexico

Sweet Sisters,

We wanted to create a different type of retreat.

One that follows a feminine flow.

Where you have time to integrate your experiences each day.

Where you are given permission to take care of your whole being.

Where you come home feeling nourished & refreshed.

Where you are not left hanging, but have continued support & sisterhood when returning to your life back home.

Support that can help you integrate your new practices & rituals into your daily life.

And so we created

Within you lives a wise and wild woman. A sacred Feminine energy. She seeps out through your pores, beckoning your return home - to the essence of who you are.

Follow the whisper of this powerful woman. She calls for you to release the constant striving, trying, & exhausting yourself to fit in and “succeed”, all while not feeling quite enough.

She invites you to return to your feminine wildness. A space that’s free, flowing, & allowing. She is soft yet fierce, graceful yet messy, & always completely enough.

Come….submerge yourself in creative yearnings; express your truth fully & dance unapologetically in your radiance. You are deeply welcome here.

This week, we come together to experience & integrate the feminine into our bodies. We gather to reflect to each other a new way of relating & moving through the world. A feminine way of being that allows you to feel valued, seen, safe, loved, connected to pleasure & free to express yourself fully!

Through movement practices, creative expression, guided meditative & shamanic journeys, & personal and group ritual, you reach the spaces within that have been locked away. Spaces you haven’t felt safe to explore or share with the world. Within these spaces, your deepest gifts are hiding.  And a truly powerful and alive woman is ready to emerge.

Listen. Do you hear the call? May your heart guide you to joining us in this sacred circle.
